Clear answers about coffee packaging, customization, pricing, shipping and after-sales support.
Q1. What Is Your Moq for Custom Pouches?
A. Our MOQ varies by pouch type, printing process, and structure — a stand-up zipper pouch, a flat bottom coffee bag, and a stick pack each have different production economics. Instead of quoting a blanket number, we recommend telling us your product and target quantity; our team will confirm the exact MOQ for your specific configuration within one working day. For customers who need engineering validation or market testing, we can also discuss flexible small-batch options.
Q2. How Long Does Sampling and Mass Production Take?
A. Pantone-matched physical samples are delivered in 3–5 working days, allowing your team to test the actual structure before committing. After sample approval, mass production is completed in 15–25 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Lead times are quoted clearly at order confirmation, and our 100% on-time delivery record across 40+ countries means the date we promise is the date we ship.
Q3. Can You Match My Brand Color?
A. Yes. Our 12-color rotogravure presses match brand colors to ΔE < 1.5 against your Pantone reference, verified with a spectrophotometer before production. We can also reproduce metallic, pearlescent, and fluorescent effects that standard CMYK printing cannot achieve. You will receive a physical color drawdown on your actual film structure — not a screen approximation — before mass production begins.
Q4. Do Your Materials Meet Food-Grade Standards?
A. Our food and beverage pouch materials are produced to meet FDA 21 CFR 175–178 and EU 10/2011 migration requirements, with test reports available on request. Food-contact orders run on dedicated food-production lines, and our standard food-grade structures are BPA-free and phthalate-free. For pharmaceutical and medical applications, we also offer documented compliance packages for review by your quality team.
Q5. What Is Your Quality Inspection Process?
A. Quality is managed through a three-layer system. Incoming materials are verified against certificates of analysis; in-process checks cover print registration, color density, bond strength, and seal integrity at each station; and finished goods are sampled against a documented AQL plan with visual, dimensional, seal strength, and leak testing. Every shipment leaves with an inspection report, and third-party inspectors (SGS, BV, TÜV) are welcome at any stage.
Q6. How Do You Handle Shipping and Export Documents?
A. We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air, or express courier depending on your volume and timeline, and we work on FOB, CIF, CFR, or DDP terms. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, Form A/FTA preferential certificates, and fumigation certificates where required — is prepared and double-checked before the container is sealed, so your goods clear customs smoothly in 40+ destination countries.
