Our factory is built around one conviction: packaging quality is decided at the raw-material and machine level, not at the inspection table.
Operating under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system — audited alongside SMETA and TUV — we run a fully vertically integrated production chain — film extrusion, rotogravure and flexographic printing, solvent-free and dry-bond lamination, slitting, pouch converting, and finished-goods inspection all under one roof.
Nothing is subcontracted, which means every step of your order is under our direct control and documented in our quality system.
The facility runs food-production dedicated lines in a clean, hygienically controlled environment, and our workforce follows disciplined gowning and hygiene protocols.
From this single facility, we export to 40+ countries across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America — including demanding food, pet, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
Industrial buyers need a supplier whose capacity matches their order book — and whose lead times respect their launch dates.
Our capacity model is built around flexibility at every scale: sample runs from 5,000 units for engineering validation and market testing; mass production scaling to million-unit monthly volumes across multiple lines; and a buffer-stock program that absorbs seasonal demand spikes in feed, fertilizer, and food packaging.
Standard lead times are simple to plan around: Pantone-matched physical samples in 3–5 working days, and mass production delivered in 15–25 working days.
Because all key processes run in-house, we control the critical path end-to-end — no waiting on subcontractors, no surprise scheduling gaps.

Before a new pouch goes into production, it goes through our engineering and prototyping workflow.
Our team translates your product characteristics — filling weight, barrier needs, shelf-life target, filling line compatibility — into a structural specification with film-layer recommendations and 3D structure drawings within 48 hours.
Prototypes are produced on the actual production machines, not lab simulators, so the sample you test is the structure we will scale.
Color prototyping runs through our color lab with Pantone matching to ΔE < 1.5 and physical drawdowns on your actual film structure.
The result: samples that behave exactly like production units, so your filling line trials, stability studies, and market tests are valid from day one.
