Build the Specification in the Right Order

Start with structure and protection. Add print and finishing only after the film is suitable for the product — because a beautiful pouch on the wrong film fails on the shelf, while a plain pouch on the right film protects and sells.

Packaging Materials

As a flexible plastic packaging manufacturer, we focus on plastic films & multi-layer laminates, plus kraft-paper composites for natural-paper-look branding. Standard paper/glass packaging is excluded. Grades, thicknesses and food-contact requirements are project-specific; confirm availability and test materials in your final structure.
Single-Layer Films

Single-Layer Films

Ideal for lightweight, short-shelf-life products prioritizing cost and clarity over high barrier. LDPE/HDPE films suit produce, bakery, textiles and hardware; PP films deliver extra stiffness and crispness. Matte, gloss and printable-treated versions available.
Multi-Layer Laminates

Multi-Layer Laminates

Flexible packaging staple: solvent‑free/dry‑bond multi‑film lamination. PET/PE: print + moisture shield; PET/AL/PE: full Al barrier (coffee, pet food, pharma); VMPET/PE: low‑cost metallized barrier; NY/PE: puncture‑resistant for sharp/heavy goods.
High-Barrier & Specialty Films

High-Barrier & Specialty Films

For advanced applications beyond standard laminates: EVOH co‑extruded films (<0.5 cc/m²/day O₂ barrier) for sauces & oxygen‑sensitive snacks; ESD films shield electronics; Tyvek/paper laminates for sterile medical packaging; PLA/compostable films for eco‑brands.
Kraft Paper Composites

Kraft Paper Composites

For brands that want a natural paper look, we can extend our plastic range with kraft paper composites — e.g. Kraft/PE for dry goods or Kraft/AL/PE for coffee. Paper remains a complement to our core plastic laminates, not a substitute.

Printing Options

Match the print process to the artwork and run. Artwork detail, substrate, quantity, color requirement and finishing plan determine the practical printing method.

Rotogravure Printing

Suitable for detailed graphics, photographic reproduction, and repeatable color on long runs. Our 12-color gravure presses reach 175 LPI with Pantone matching to ΔE < 1.5 — the first choice when brand-color fidelity and shelf impact decide the purchase.

Flexographic Printing

Useful for medium runs and cost-efficient production where artwork is suitable. Our 8-color flexo presses handle line art, solid colors, and repeat patterns economically.

Digital Proofing

Digital proofs within 48 hours let you validate artwork, layout, and color direction before any engraving cost. Final color approval always happens on physical drawdowns from the actual film structure.

Coatings, Laminations & Special Finishes

A finish changes appearance, handling and protection. Use it where it supports the product — not because every surface needs decoration.
01

Protection

Solvent-free lamination protects print and builds barrier; matte or gloss films control glare and fingerprint visibility; water-based coatings add scuff resistance for shipping.
02

Visual Emphasis

Hot foil stamping, spot UV, and metallic effects draw attention to logos, borders, or product details — powerful on coffee, cosmetics, and premium pet food.
03

Tactile Detail

Embossing, debossing, and soft-touch surfaces change how the pouch feels in hand — a subtle signal of quality that repeat buyers notice.

Pouch Accessories

See the component before adding it to the structure. Closures, fitments and functional features affect filling speed, protection, shipment volume and recycling.
  • Closures & Fitments

Resealable zippers for multi-use products, spouts for liquids and creams, one-way degassing valves for fresh coffee, tear notches for easy opening, and hang holes for retail display.
  • Functional Features

Humidity indicator windows for moisture-sensitive devices, integrated desiccant pockets for hygroscopic products, tamper-evident seals for security, and ESD warning printing for electronics.

Quick Comparison

Shortlist your preferred material route prior to sampling to narrow down feasible options and streamline subsequent material testing and validation work.
Material Route Primary Value Typical Applications Check Before Approval
Single-Layer Plastic (PE/PP) Economy and clarity Produce, bakery, textiles, hardware Thickness, load capacity, seal strength
PET/PE Laminate Print quality + basic barrier Snacks, tea, grains, confectionery Barrier data, ink adhesion, seal integrity
PET/AL/PE Laminate Highest barrier (moisture/oxygen/light) Coffee, pet food, pharmaceuticals, retort WVTR/OTR values, foil pinhole, flex-crack resistance
Specialty Plastic (ESD/Tyvek/PLA) Function-specific performance Electronics, medical devices, compostables Functional certifications, compliance documents
Kraft Paper Composite (extension) Natural paper look, plastic barrier core Coffee, granola, organic staples Barrier vs. paper feel balance, FSC option

How to Choose

Select the optimal material structure based on shelf-life requirements, barrier performance, product characteristics, printing demands and budget before sampling and validation.
  • 01

    Product characteristics

Moisture, oxygen, oil, or sharpness of the contents decide the barrier layers.
  • 02

    Protection needs

Puncture risk, drop handling, and frozen storage change thickness and film choice (ny adds toughness).
  • 03

    Print quality

Photographic detail and brand colors favor gravure; simple artwork can run flexo economically.
  • 04

    Budget

Material, tooling, print and finishing should be reviewed together — not line by line.
  • 05

    Food contact

Confirm the contact-side layer and required documents (fda 21 cfr, eu 10/2011) for the application.
  • 06

    Sustainability

Minimize mixed materials & redundant layers; inquire about mono-material and FSC-paper options.
