Consumer Product Safety Commission protocol defined in 16 CFR 1700.20: for a child panel aged 42 to 51 months, the packaging must resist opening for at least 80 percent of subjects in the initial five-minute test and at least 85 percent across the full ten-minute session, while at least 90 percent of adults must succeed. Every layer also protects product integrity: a high-barrier aluminum-foil laminate blocks light, oxygen and moisture that degrade THC, CBD and terpene profiles, and the fully opaque print keeps contents concealed from casual view as state rules require. The pouch is available in stand-up and flat-bottom formats, with optional hang hole for dispensary shelves, tear-notch first opening and zipper reclosure for daily use. Printing supports up to ten-color rotogravure with matte or gloss finish, bilingual child-warning labels and certification statements. Each production batch ships with material traceability and compliance documentation, so your QA team and regulators can verify the package meets Poison Prevention Packaging requirements from prototype to production.
