Moisture-Barrier Pod Pouches With Compliant Child-Warning Zones and Full Batch Test Documentation

The lock is only half the story. The laminated structure adds a moisture barrier that keeps the water-soluble film of each pod intact during storage, because humidity is what triggers premature dissolution and leaking capsules. A puncture-resistant outer layer withstands the sharp edges of pod trays and stacking in warehouse cartons, while the recloseable zipper keeps every pod inside the bag and out of reach between uses.
The pouch is offered in lay-flat and stand-up formats, with capacities from 15 to 120 pods, a transparent inspection window option, and a child-warning print zone reserved for your required safety statement and pictograms. Ten-to-twelve-color gravure printing, gloss or matte finish, and optional spot-UV on the warning area keep shelf appeal high without compromising compliance. We provide the test documentation package for each batch so your retail customer can validate the closure meets the applicable standard before launch.
