The slider lock pairs a slide-to-notch travel with a push-down tab release, giving regulators a defensible closure while keeping the motion simple enough for arthritis-friendly adult use. Every pouch includes a tamper-evident tear notch, so the first opening is visible to the patient and the pharmacist. The opaque aluminum-foil laminate protects moisture-sensitive actives – including aspirin, which degrades by hydrolysis – from humidity, light and oxygen, and the white high-opacity print surface carries clear child-warning icons, dosing instructions and batch traceability codes for serialization programs.
Formats range from pharmacy counter bags to unit-dose multi-packs, with sizes from 50 to 1000 doses. Printing combines eight-color gravure with flexographic warning zones, and optional hot-foil stamping for regulated brand panels.
