Tamper-Evident Peel-and-Seal Insulated Mailers With Bidirectional Heat-Reflective Foil, Custom Branding and Food-Contact Compliance

The peel-and-seal closure with strong adhesive tape creates a tamper-evident seal – once closed, any opening is visible to the recipient – while keeping moisture and dust out during sortation, drop shipping and return flows. The interior foil lining reflects radiant heat in both directions, protecting chilled items from warm warehouses and warm items from cold trucks alike.
Five standard envelope sizes from 15×20 cm to 40×50 cm cover supplements, cosmetics, chocolate and small electronics, with optional custom printing that keeps your brand recognizable in the parcel stream. The structure is food-contact compliant, ships flat to save storage space, and is fully customisable for thickness, insulation grade and adhesive strength. For brands that want cold-chain performance without carrier-grade complexity, this mailer delivers the protective layer a modern fulfillment operation needs.
